TRANSMISSION ELECTRON-MICROSCOPY INVESTIGATION OF THE MORPHOLOGY OF INP STRANSKI-KRASTANOW ISLANDS GROWN BY METALORGANIC CHEMICAL-VAPOR-DEPOSITION
We have used transmission electron microscopy to determine the morphology of InP Stranski–Krastanow islands in GaInP, grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition at 580 °C.
