Alexander Hardenberger disputerade i processrätt

Fredagen den 8 december disputerade Alexander Hardenberger på en vetenskaplig avhandling med titeln Åberopsbörda i dispositiva tvistemål - En civilprocessuell studie i anslutning till 17 kap. 3 § andra meningen RB.Disputationen ägde rum i Pufendorfsalen, Lilla Gråbrödersgatan 3, Lund.
