How does C-RAD Catalyst HD enable research into FLASH Radiotherapy?

FLASH-bestrålning är en form av strålbehandling där behandlingen levereras med ultrahög dosrat, över 100 Gy/s. Vid en behandling ges en hög dos på ca 30 Gy. Studier har visat att denna typ av behandling kan ha en skonande effekt på normalvävnad, samtidigt som tumörkontrollen bibehålls. Oskar Simonsson har completed his Master's studies and passed with Distinction. Oskar has been with TNU since the end of October 2023 to work on his Master's thesis. JPND project kickoff in Istanbul

Together with researchers from Germany, Canada, Turkey and the Czech Republic Åsa Petersén was awarded the JPND grant for the project Delineating the role of HTT Cis-Variants in the pathogenesis of Huntington disease.
