Natural Lifetimes of Excited-states of Neutral Nitrogen Determined By Time-resolved Laser Spectroscopy
Radiative lifetimes were determined for three quartet states of neutral nitrogen, and sequences of Rydberg states were studied using depletion spectroscopy.
