Phospholipid-cholesterol bilayers under osmotic stress
Isothermal (27degreesC) phase behavior of dimyristoyl phosphatidyl choline-cholesterol mixtures at various Osmotic pressures and cholesterol contents was investigated by means of isothermal sorption microcalorimetry and H-2-nuclear magnetic resonance.
