Jag är docent och universitetslektor i engelsk språkvetenskap här vid Språk- och litteraturcentrum (SOL). Min undervisning är framförallt inriktad på ordkunskap och fraseologi, språkbedömning och testning, vetenskapliga metoder, samt akademiskt skrivande.
Forskningsmässigt har jag för närvarande tre huvudinriktningar:
* Flerspråkighet och vilken roll en individs hela språkliga repertoar kan spela vid inlärningen av ytterligare ett språk (i projektet 'MultiLingual Spaces')
* Andraspråksinlärning, specifikt hur man genom psykolingvistiska metoder kan undersöka och modellera hur ord och fraser bearbetas och lagras i det flerspråkiga mentala lexikonet.
* Språktestning och -bedömning, där jag intresserar mig för validitet och reliabilitet kopplat till test av ord- och fraskunskap.
