Ett indikatorramverk för uppföljning av kommuners transporthållbarhet har sammanställts inom forskningsprogrammet HASTA. Indikatorramverket lägger fokus på, jämte objektivt mätbara indikatorer, subjektiva indikatorer som visar hur invånarna upplever transporthållbarheten i sin stad eller hur nöjda de är med transportsystemets effektivitet och dess ekologiska och sociala effekter.
