Miniaturized flowthrough microdispenser with piezoceramic tripod actuation
In this paper, the further development of a silicon flowthrough microdispenser is described. Previously reported designs of the dispenser used bimorph, and later multilayered, piezoelectric actuator elements for the generation of droplets.
