In Sweden there was a government decision 2012 to implement a new level of care within the national psychiatric health care. The purpose with this study was to investigate the implementation ie a new means of organization in the psychiatric healthcare for children and adolescents in the city of Växjö. In this study we focus on the implementation nationwide in Sweden and specifically in our county.
