In an experiment on Copenhagen adults, we allow subjects to choose whether to learn the calorie content of a meal before consuming it, and measure their subsequent calorie intake. By using data on total investments and investments made in digitalization and IT of Swedish businesses between 1986 and 2022, two time series regressions examine the impact of crises on investments.
