Vårt mål är att öka kunskapen om demens- och minnessjukdomar - alltifrån uppkomst till behandling. Forskningen omfattar ett flertal diagnoser, bland annat Alzheimers sjukdom, Lewy Body demens och Parkinsons sjukdom. Mjukdelssarkom utgör en heterogen grupp av ovanliga tumörer och innefattar ett 50-tal olika subtyper med varierande klinisk bild och prognos. Två tredjedelar är höggradigt maligna tumörer och en tredjedel av patienterna avlider i tumörsjukdom. I Södra sjukvårdsregion är vården av patienter med sarkom centraliserad till SUS/Lund. Maligna lymfom är tumörer utgående från immunsystemet.
