Bioelectrocatalytic detection of theophylline at theophylline oxidase electrodes
Bioelectrocatalytic oxidation of theophylline was studied at gold and graphite electrodes modified with microbial theophylline oxidase (ThOx), a multi-cofactor redox enzyme capable of selective oxidation of theophylline.
