The purpose of this paper is to personally reflect on my experiences over the course of the Master in Entrepreneurship programme at Lund University 2010 – 2011. This paper explores character traits of entrepreneurs as well as friendship within entrepreneurial teams. Various research articles and theories on entrepreneurship in general, entrepreneurs’ character traits and friendship are presented.
