Multiple window decomposition of time-frequency kernels using a penalty function for suppressed sidelobes
This paper presents multiple windows with suppressed side-lobes that approximate a time-frequency kernel. The multiple windows are given from the eigenvalue decomposition of the time-lag kernel.
