I denna uppsats undersöks huruvida hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck kan utgöra en grund för ensam vårdnad enligt gällande svensk rätt. Syftet är att utreda om domstolar tar hänsyn till hedersproblematik i sina bedömningar i tvister som rör vårdnad, boende och umgänge.
