Stabilization of Vehicle Formations-A Case Study

This work treats a specific multi-vehicle control case, namely six vehicles on the Multi-Vehicle Wireless Testbed (MTWT), wich is an arena at Caltech, California, built for doing experiments on small vehicles. A model is set up and a controller is found through simulations that stabilizes the system. Stability is proven through a Nyquist-like criterion.

Techniques for Distributed Access and Visualisation in Computational Mechanics

This work concern ideas and methods on how the context of computational mechanics can be improved for more efficient utilisation and extended into areas previously not familiar with or capable of using such tools. Three main areas were studied: Providing efficient and transparent access to finite element applications, development of methods for the visualisation of complex phenomena and improving

Phenomenology of Diffractive Higgs Production and Large Extra Dimensions

This thesis is based on phenomenological predictions for high energy particle collisions from two different theoretical models. The first two papers deal with uncertainties in exclusive reactions of type proton + proton -> proton + proton + Higgs. The other four papers concern gravitational scattering and black hole production in the scenario of large extra dimensions.

Förgätmigej : En Iris Bure-deckare

Augusti.

For the sake of a liberalized Romanian culture! what about an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary canon instead of the isolated monopolies with a subscription to the state budget?

Fake canonizations are prevalent in the former communist countries wherein arts and culture in general may still function as propaganda weaponry at the hands of the sponsoring state. The public is almost eliminated from the process of canonization, as the publishing houses, art galleries, and cultural industries seldom survive and flourish from sales to a real public. As a rule, their rarefied pub
