The conference presentation was a part of the panel "The Film Heritage: Minor Cinema" at the conference "filmforum/2011" (IX MAGIS/International Film Studies Spring School) in Gorizia. The paper is a report on the ongoing research on the Swedish Film Workshop "Filmverkstan" (1973 - 2001) and the specific archival problems that are connected to minor cinema practices.
We discuss the origin of eight emission lines in the spectra of gas blobs close to the central star of eta Carinae. The spectra have been obtained with the Goddard High Resolution Spectrograph (GHRS) and the Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (STIS) onboard the Hubble Space Telescope.
