The efficacy of a short (Group I) and a prolonged (Group II) course with ciprofloxacin was assessed in patients undergoing transurethral prostatic resection and compared with that of controls without antibiotic (Group III). We follow the near radial infall of a prolate cloud on to a 4 x 10(6) M-circle dot supermassive black hole in the Galactic Centre using smoothed particle hydrodynamics.
