Welcome to SOL!

The SOL building brings together several departments and units in the academic discipline of humanities. Here you can meet students and researchers from the Centre for Languages and Literature, the Department of Communication and Media and the Humanities Lab which is an interdisciplinary research technology and training facility. You can also find the following support units: The International Office, the Employment forum as well as the Student Union for Humanities and Theology (HTS).

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday-Sunday: Closed (even for HT-students and Department of Communication and Media students)

June 26-July 31

Monday-Friday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday: Closed

August 1-7

Monday-Sunday: Closed

August 8-14

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

August 15-21

Monday-Friday: 7:30 am -7:00 pm

The entrances into the main foyer and Absalon are open Monday to Friday 6:30 am -10:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for HT-students and Department of Communication and Media students holding a LU-card and pin, except for June 24-26.

Saturday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Sunday: Closed

HT-employees have always access.

The entrances are open Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 10:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for HT-students and Department of Communication and Media students holding a LU-card and pin.

The building is also open when there are any planned activities in it. Use the ordinary doors.
