Den 31 mars 2006 införs en mycket genomgripande reform inom asylprocessen. Denna innebär att ett avslag på en asylansökan kan överklagas till länsrätterna i Malmö, Göteborg och Stockholm istället för till den nuvarande myndigheten Utlänningsnämnden. Mean lifetimes of high-spin states of Kr-74 have been determined using the Doppler-shift attenuation method.
