Trovärdighetsbedömningen innebär en stor utmaning för asylsökande som åberopar skyddsskäl på grund av sexuell läggning. Därefter Credibility assessments pose a substantial challenge for asylum seekers claiming refugee status on the basis of sexual orientation. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the Swedish Migration Court’s requirements for assessing the credibility of asylum seekers’ invoked sexual orientation.
