Energi och ByggnadsDesign behandlar i huvudsak energianvändning, passivt och aktivt solutnyttjande, dagsljus och solskydd i byggnader och byggnadsintegrering av solvärme- och solelsystem. Brukarnas inverkan och krav på bl a termisk och visuell komfort ingår som en viktig del.
