I forskargruppen studerar vi val av kirurgisk metod vid primär bröstcancerkirurgi (LR), riskfaktorer för lokalrecidiv (ENM) och rehabiliteringsbehov (MM/LR) efter primär kirurgi. Genom att systematiskt analysera sambandet mellan lymfkörtelmetastas och patient- och tumörrelaterade faktorer avser vi att ta fram ett kliniskt beslutsstöd som kan användas för att skräddarsy axillens kirurgi. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to improve the material supply to assembly stations at Nedermans and identify parameters and principles that determine if the components should be stored at the assembly station or in the warehouse. The improvement should reduce the floor space used for assembly, increase the assembly utilization rate and reduce waste of time in the material handling.

This paper discusses two feasibility studies of Genetic Programming (GP) to the field of control theory, GP being a method inspired from nature where the goal is to create a computer program automatically from high-level statements of problems' requirements.
