I föreliggande uppsats har jag valt att undersöka hur fem lärare ser på betyg i den svenska skolan. Följande tre frågeställningar besvaras: Vad anser lärarna är betygets roll i skolan och hur motiveras betyg utifrån elevsynpunkt? Vad anser lärarna om det nya betygssystemet som infördes 2011?
