Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka om en ledarskapskurs med fokus på evidensbaserat ledarskap gav någon mätbar effekt. Utformningen av kursinnehållet är baserat på ett antal forskares (Bandura, 1977; Dweck, 2008; Wheelan, 1990; mfl.) resultat och teorier gällande ledarskap och grupprocesser.
