Vår studie visade att det fanns ett samband mellan marknadsandel och lojalitet. Vidare vad gäller sambandet mellan lojalitet och priselasticitet samt pris och lojalitet hittades inget samband eftersom denna var väldigt svag.Our study showed that there is a relationship between market share and loyalty.
