Denna kvalitativa fallstudie undersökte hur chefer på senior nivå beskrev sina resonemang och strategier i grandparent-intervjuer vid bedömningen av kandidaters kulturella passform samt hur de uppfattade att dessa intervjuer kunde bidra till att forma och reproducera organisationskulturen.
