Däremot kan inga slutsatser dras om huruvida förvärvserfarenhet eller betalningsmetod påverkar marknadens reaktion.Conclusion: The study concludes that previously established explanatory models are not necessarily applicable to the Swedish stock market. The study shows that the Swedish market reacts negatively to a high bid premium at the announcement of a corporate acquisition. However, no conclusions can be drawn about whether acquisition experience or the method of payment affects the market’s reaction.
