Med hjälp av data från Statistiska Centralbyråns LINDA-databas undersökte vi sektormobilitet i den svenska handelssektorn. Tidigare forskning antyder att handelssektorn har svårt att hålla kvar välutbildad arbetskraft och att detta beror på en relativt komprimerad lönestruktur.
