I am a doctoral student at the Institute for Central and Eastern European Studies. My interdisciplinary research focuses on multidimensional and multimodal study of language politics and policies in the countries of Post-Soviet space. More specifically, my interest lies in the application of historical institutionalism approach to the analysis of the reasons for language policy choices and changes, in the application of corpus-assisted discourse analysis (CADS) to the research of language ideological debates, and motivation behind individual changes in linguistic repertoires.
