South-Sweden Probate Inventory Database, 1570–1860
This new database of 3,250 probate inventories from both towns and countryside in southern Sweden investigates the development of household productive capacity and consumption from the late 1500s to the 1860s. Both labourers and farmers improved their material living standards – as measured by the contents of probate inventories – but the labouring households’ ownership of means of production decr

Shortage of Affordable Housing in Malmö: Implications of Shaikh’s Theory of Real Competition for Housing Research
This paper analyses structural economic forces contributing to the current undersupply of affordable housing in Sweden’s third-largest city, Malmö. It operationalizes Anwar Shaikh’s theory of relative prices to analyzethe political economy of housing shortage. The paper argues that existing policy recommendations at the municipal level are primarily informed by a microeconomic approach to price fo
Visionary stories about teaching and learning in a Swedish Art and Music School : A practice-based inquiry
The Swedish music and arts school (SAMS) has been described as “a foundation for Swedish culture, where children and youth are given opportunities to express themselves through dance, fine art, drama, music or other art forms” (Öhrman & Holmdahl, 2022, s. 103). Analysis of groundwater levels in various hydrogeological environments in Sweden
Recording and analysing groundwater level data can reveal the nature and extension of groundwater processes like flow direction and recharge magnitude. The analyses can even indicate the influence of precipitation, evapotranspiration and runoff on the subsurface processes. However, such analyses are only possible when the recorded data cover relatively large periods of time at a suitable frequency

Toward Resilient and Sustainable Energy Systems : Assessment of Networked Microgrids for Disaster-Prone Regions in Indonesia
The resilience performance of networked microgrids (NMGs) in disaster-prone areas, using a real-world testbed located in Lombok, Indonesia is explored in this paper. Given the increasing environmental pressures and energy security concerns in Indonesia, it is vital to improve the robustness and sustainability of decentralized energy infrastructures. We propose an optimization-based energy manageme

Multidimensional chemistry coordinate mapping for Large Eddy Simulations of a turbulent premixed bluff-body burner
In numerical combustion research, accurate chemical reaction mechanisms for heavy hydrocarbons are essential to investigate the flame dynamics of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) relative to conventional jet fuels. However, accounting for hundreds or thousands of reactions makes Finite-Rate Chemistry (FRC) Large Eddy Simulations (LES) impractical for realistic engineering scenarios. In the present
