TNU members present their research at the World Congress of HD in Melbourne, Sept 2011

Sanaz Gabery, Sofia Hult and Rana Soylu present their latest research findings as posters at the World Congress of Huntington's Disease (WCHD) in Melbourne, Australia September 11-14. TNU welcomes new postdoctoral fellow: Dr Barbara Baldo

Dr Barbara Baldo received a PhD in Neurobiology in 2011. Gabery wins prize for best presentation and Baldo receives a grant from the Segerfalk Foundation

Sanaz Gabery, PhD student in TNU, was awarded the prize for best presentation at the poster session of the Neuroscience Day, May 2012, in Lund.Barbara Baldo, postdoctoral fellow in TNU, received a grant of 55 000 SEK from the Segerfalk Foundation for her work on the role of orexin neurons in Huntington's disease, which also was announced at the Neuroscience Day.Congratulations!

An International summer camp for young adults in families with HD visits TNU on July 27, 2012. Petersén appointed Senior Lecturer in Neuroscience at Lund University

Petersén begins her tenured faculty position as Senior Lecturer (universitetslektor) in medical research with specialization in Neuroscience at the Medical Faculty of Lund University in November 2012 after three years with a position as senior researcher (forskaretjänst) in psychiatry at 50% appointed by the Swedish Research Council.
