Evaluation of a Fiber-Optic Based Pulsed Laser System for Fluorescence Spectroscopy
A fiber optic based continous wave laser setup has been developed to record the 5-aminolevulinic (5-ALA) induced Protoporfyrin IX (PpIX) fluorescence signals from cerebral gliomas.
