In January 2026 I defended my thesis in French linguistics and I am since then an affiliated researcher at Centre of Languages and Literature. My dissertation concerned gender-fair language, langage inclusif, in French. More specifically, in my first two studies, I examined how certain gender-fair forms (such as le voisinage, les voisin-es or les voisines et voisins) influence mental representations of gender. In my last study, I used eye tracking to investigate whether the use of certain gender-fair forms lead to increased processing costs in reading.

In addition, I'm a great advocate of open science practices, and my two last studies were pre-registered on OSF. I also enjoy making nice plots in R and cleaning my data with Python.
