Avtal om lönerevision undertecknat med SEKO

Den 6 december undertecknade Lunds universitet ett lokalt avtal med Seko, om principer för genomförande av lönerevision. Förhandlingsordningen gäller från och med den 1 oktober 2020 till och med den 30 september 2022. Det innebär att nya löner kommer att betalas ut retroaktivt från 1 oktober 2020. Universitetet och Seko är fortsatt överens om att nya löner fastställs genom kollektiva förhandlingar

Regeringens nya åtgärdsplan innebär inga större förändringar för lärosäten

Nytt om vaccinationsbevis vid allmänna sammankomster

Arbetsgivarverket har ändrat sitt ställningstagande och myndigheter får nu kräva vaccinationsbevis av allmänheten, men inte av sina anställda.  Universitetet kommer nu att ta fram rutiner för hur vaccinationsbevis kan användas. Formulär i Primula uppgraderas med nytt gränssnitt

Uppgraderingen sker den 25 januari kl 15:00 och beräknas vara klar senast kl 08:00 den 26 januari.  Det som uppgraderas i Primula är formuläret för registrering av reseräkningar, utlägg/milersättning och reseförskott.
