I am a PhD student in English Literature since the autumn of 2026.

In my doctoral research I study the relationship between form and sensory experiences of nature in late Victorian and early modern lyric poetry. Drawing on phenomenological and ecocritical perspectives, I am particularly interested in how the lyric form mediates between sensory experience and knowledge about historical and material realities.

My broader research interests include lyric theory and the history of the lyric, the relationship between literature and philosophy, embodiment and perception and the late nineteenth century.
