I am a Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellow at Lund University, working on a project examining cross-linguistic influence in Croatian as a heritage language in Sweden and Finland. I have held a post-doc position at UiT the Arctic University of Norway, and have taught at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and the University of Queensland, Macquarie University, Adelaide University, and University of New England in Australia.

My research interests fit broadly within multilingualism, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, language contact and language policy. Specifically, I am interested in L2/L3 language acquisition, language processing, attrition, divergent attainment, heritage and community languages, morphosyntax, language shift and accommodation.

I received my PhD from the University of Adelaide with a dissertation investigating grammatical borrowing and replication in the Czech and English.
