I am a part of DigPhil, the Swedish Graduate School of Digital Philology.
I apply machine learning to problems in Ancient Greek philology. Check out my projects at GitHub and Hugging Face (username "Urdatorn"), and my preprints at arXiv. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
"[W]hat we really need is a little pact with the devil: we know how to read texts, now let’s learn how not to read them." (Moretti 2000)
"We believe technology is a lever on the world—the way to make more with less." (Andreessen 2023)
In the Research Portal you can search and find information about all active researchers, units, publications, projects, infrastructures, and more, to get an overview of Lund University research.
My profile in Lund University research portalIn 2022 I was a teaching assistant in the philosophy of science at Stockholm university.
I have three bachelor degrees and two master degrees. I have always defied the traditional division between the natural sciences and the humanities, and I consequently majored in both musicology (BA), mathematical physics, theoretical philosophy (MA) and Ancient Greek philology (MA). My master theses were on the philosophy of string theory, and the automatic annotation of Ancient Greek vowel length.
