En studie i medarbetarskap i relation till situationer och individrelaterade variabler
Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka medarbetarskapet hos personalen på en statlig myndighet i Skåne, både genom att undersöka om det fanns situationsrelaterade skillnader i gruppen som helhet, men även om det fanns skillnader gällande individrelaterade variabler som kön, anställningstid och utbildning.
