Denna studie har utforskat chefers erfarenheter av att arbeta med suicidprevention ur ett ledarskapsperspektiv. Detta gjordes inom ramen för den psykiatriska slutenvården. Fem enhetschefer intervjuades med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Data analyserades med en förkortad version av grundad teori och guidades delvis av tidigare teori. In this thesis, a method for evaluating the accuracy of mathematical neuron models is developed, with the objective to both improve the quality and the speed of parameter optimization.
