I hold a Ph.D in general linguistics, and I am now an affiliated researcher. I I also hold a bachelor degree in English and English pedagogy from Cantho University, Vietnam, and master's degrees in Language and Culture from Linköping University, Sweden and in Higher Education Research and Development from Kassel University, Germany. Therefore, I have a range of research interests, broadly speaking on second language acquisition (SLA), instructed SLA, language learning, language didactics with a focus on learning English across contexts, English linguistics, pedagogy, and TESOL.
