Teaching – spring semester of 2022
From 9 February, more teaching will be conducted on campus. During the gradual return to campus, some digital teaching will continue. Hence, it is very important that you pay attention to information from your teacher and potential changes in your schedule in Canvas and/or TimeEdit.
The course deals with methods dealing with the description of language change over time and space and with the establishment of the link between genetically related languages and the reconstruction of hypothetically previous stages in these languages. Various explanations of language change are introduced and discussed.
