Manager of research and research education, German

I defended my PHD-thesis in German literature in May 2007 at the University of Gothenburg. Its aim is to combine Kendall Walton's theory of fiction with contemporary narratology. Between 2008 and 2013, I worked as a research fellow at the Centre for Languages and Literature, with funding from the Swedish Research Council (VR). I teach German literature and oral proficiency, I supervise C-level essays in German literature, and I coordinate tutors in the Supplemental Instruction Program for studies in English and German. In February 2013 I was appointed associate professor ("oavlönad docent") of German literature.
