Narrative Metalepsis in today's literature and literary studies
I will conduct a both theoretical and empirical study of the narrative metalepsis. The study will result in a monograph and a number of articles.
The narrative metalepsis was defined in 1972 as the transgression of the limits between different narrative levels. It has recently received more and more attention and has an interesting didactic potential.
