I work as a senior lecturer of French and Swedish as a second language at the Centre for Languages and Literature. I mostly teach courses in French and Swedish phonetics but I have also given courses in French grammar and beginners' courses in French and Swedish.
I also work as a pedagogical developer at the Lund University Humanities Lab. My work includes teaching, course coordination and course development. The courses I teach focus on computer programs used for research purposes, e.g. the transcription tool CLAN.
My research focuses on language acquisition, in particular phonological development in second language learners and bilingual children. In 2014 I defended my thesis in French linguistics, "Le développement phonético-phonologique du français chez des enfants bilingues simultanés et successifs". The thesis explores eight children's phonological development in French and Swedish from three to six years of age.
